The Captain’s Pick is the restaurant, event center, and catering business located at the Lake Panorama National Resort in Lake Panorama, Iowa. Inspired by the area’s natural beauty and sense of community, owners Ted Hawley and Joe Wells saw an opportunity to create a welcoming spot for dining and gatherings. They teamed up with Executive Chef Nick Smith to bring this idea to life, combining their vision with his culinary expertise.
